What is your policy?

After the free conversation to determine if we are a match, the client makes a commitment to the coaching alliance. Our sessions are held in complete confidence. The client accepts responsibility for co-designing structures and asking for changes when the strategies aren’t working. The client accepts responsibility for completing the homework assignments and emailing them back within 24 hours of the next session. If it is necessary to cancel and reschedule, that is to be completed 24 hours prior to session or forfeit the cost.

Coaching is done via phone, Zoom or Skype.

At the time of the coaching commitment, the packages are presented and paid for in advance via check, Zelle or credit card.

INTERNATIONAL

International clients are welcomed. The policy outlined above applies for them. However the payment arrangement has been set up to meet their needs and make it as easy as possible.
